I know there are many times I have fallen off my growth, but when I come back to it, I realize I’m a lot farther than I used to be.

Now, I am able to understand that growth is a process, sometimes stop and go, but a process nonetheless.

Growth is natural. It is constant. All we can do is decide which way we want to grow.
