Art is often thought of as something we create to express ourselves, but what if the way we create is influenced by something much bigger than ourselves? Our backgrounds, traditions, and the communities we grow up in all play a role in shaping how we see the world, and that perspective inevitably finds its way into our creativity.

For centuries, humans have used music as a means of expression, with the art form continuing to grow as society advances. Music is a fluid art form. One moment you can be left in tears at how a song makes you feel, and the next you could be laughing and dancing with your best friends. It can embody a rainbow of emotions that doesn’t even account for the artist’s expression or the listener’s unique interpretation. Every song will affect everyone differently.

Overthinking isn’t inherently evil; however, it can definitely affect a person if they begin to constantly worry about themselves. I attribute this to the fact that we aren’t nearly as kind to ourselves as we are to others.

AI will never be able to capture the human aspects of creativity and information. It can act as an amazing wellspring of information, but when we try to use AI to create art or replace our work altogether, we completely lose the most important aspect of all: a human’s touch.

As we move from one obligation to the next, we overlook our own needs: wellness. Living in a mindset of abundance and mindfulness requires investing in yourself emotionally and spiritually. Once you achieve it, life becomes a little bit brighter.
