As the year comes to an end and a new decade is on the horizon, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. Since LYF was launched in summer of 2018, we have grown and continue to grow thanks to folks like you. In December of 2018 we started our monthly event, Love Your Self Expression. This event has become the best way of us meeting beautiful people in the Las Vegas area. As the year comes to an end, lets look at all the beautiful activities we got to create and be a part of.
In May 2019, we started a collaboration with Jam Session Downtown at Ferguson's. This collaboration has allowed us to expand our community outreach and we are so grateful.
In September 2019, LYF formed part of the founding group of Farside Wonderfest. We collaborated with local musicians Sonia Barcelona and Cameron Calloway to bring this new festival to the Las Vegas community. We also had the honor to collaborate with Future Makers LV and Art N' Soul.
In October 2019, LYF also formed part of the founding group of the We Are All One Festival. The profits of this festival went to various LGBTQ nonprofits. At the fest, we featured wellness topics along with LGBTQ topics.
In December of 2019, we celebrated the one year anniversary of Love Your Self Expression. We can't believe it has been ONE YEAR since this special event was present to Las Vegas. Thank you thank you thank you for you support.
In the new year we are going to be creating new workshops and events for you all. 2020 is a year of growth and clear vision, both on an individual level and collectively. As we continue to spread the message of self-love, remember that the journey of loving one self is a never ending journey. Remember to be kind to yourself as you learn, expand and grow.
As you reflect on this past decade, give gratitude to yourself for everything that you've overcome. You have overcome so much and have created tremendous inner strength. Keep expanding that love within yourself, spread it to others and ultimately continue building a more conscious relationship with Mother Earth. I wish you all the very best as the year comes to a close and a new decade emerge. Set your intentions and know that you are capable and deserving of following your dreams.
