About the event
Join us for a sound bath meditation aimed to deepen your meditation experience. This event is open to everyone, regardless of your meditation background. JaeAna Bernhardt (Sounds So Lovely) and Monica Garcia (Love Yourself Foundation) will lead the session, using soothing sounds to promote relaxation. Remember to bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and have water with you. Looking forward to seeing you there ❤️
