About the event
Come and enjoy an immersive experience to reconnect with yourself! The workshop is FREE and will include a meditation, discussions around identity/self-esteem, and a journal prompt exercise. This is the first workshop the Love Yourself Foundation has the honor to facilitate for the UPV Study Abroad community in Spain! We are incredibly excited and honored to help you on your journey of getting to know yourself deeper. The workshop will be taking place at the UPV Campus, Room 0.3, Ground floor of the 4P Building (Centre de Llengües).
The workshop will have the following:
- Meditation led by Love Yourself Foundation Founder/Director Monica Garcia
- Presentation on identity/self-esteem by Javier Santoro
- Journal prompt activity/discussion led by Love Yourself Foundation Co-Lead Online Marketing Strategist Kristina Martirosyan (UPV Study Abroad Student)
