Love Your Self Expression- Virtual Event

Event will be streamed on multiple platforms (IG, Twitch, and FB with the handle @thelyfoundation) so join us for a virtual Love Yourself Expression Event! This is a special occasion, as we are honored to collaborate with Fergusons Downtown. We will welcome 2021 with open hearts and set our intentions individually and as a community. The theme of this month is all about embracing the pauses in life and valuing rest.

The night will start with a sound healing by Satori Sound Healing and include a workshop  run by our own team member Melanie Malfabon, musical performances by Meg Defantem (IG @megdefantem_), Rhaina Yasmin (IG @rhainayasmin), Greyson Bos (IG @greysonbos), and a brief open mic (spots limited, message us on IG @thelyfoundation to sign up)

Donations are encouraged ($10), and each donation will receive a number of entries into our art raffle (announced at end of night).  There are many prizes available for raffle:
